About Us
Embracing the diversity of our community’s mental health needs
About Us
Dig A Little Deeper began with a simple, brave question: What if people received the kind of care we’d want for our own loved ones?
Christina Crowe, RP
Mental health for every mind.
Dig A Little Deeper (DaLD) is an established psychotherapy and counselling practice based in Caledon, Ontario, with both in-person locations and virtual care across the province.
Since 2015, we have provided evidence-based mental health services for individuals, couples, and families.
Our services include:
Counselling, Psychotherapy and Occupational Therapy for anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders.
Nurse Practitioner-led diagnostic and treatment services, including mental health assessments and medication management when appropriate.
Care coordination with referring physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
DaLD is also a teaching site offering supervised practicum training for Masters-level graduate students, ensuring access to current, research-informed approaches.
The practice is led by Christina Crowe, RP, who brings over 12 years of clinical experience, supported by a senior leadership team with extensive operational expertise.
Our focus is simple: to provide timely, high-quality, and patient-centred care that supports both clients and their broader healthcare teams.
Our work is grounded in these five core values:
Compassion | Integrity | Inclusivity | Experience | Innovation
We believe that mental health care should be affirming, clinically sound, and shaped by the people it serves. We are committed to neurodivergent-affirming and LGBTQ+ inclusive practices.
Many of our clients are navigating overlapping experiences such as ADHD, trauma, relationship strain, parenting overwhelm, or systemic barriers to care.
We meet you where you are, with services that reflect the complexity and courage of your story.
As a teaching site, we invest in developing the next generation of therapists, and we continue to evolve our practice through ongoing learning and advocacy.
You’ll find us at the intersection of science and humanity, where we believe good therapy lives.
At Dig A Little Deeper, we help people improve their mental health by connecting all the dots – individual, community, clinicians, and our health care systems to provide the care you and your family deserve.
A little bit more
Founded by Registered Psychotherapist Christina Crowe in 2015, DaLD grew from a solo practice into a leading group of multi-disciplinary clinicians committed to offering compassionate, evidence-based care across Ontario.
From a single office Bolton, to multiple physical and virtual locations, we’ve continued to evolve while staying grounded in our mission, to make mental health care more accessible, collaborative, and kind.
We are an experienced team of therapists, counsellors, clinical supervisors, Nurse Practitioners, volunteers and administrative professionals who work together to provide integrated care for a wide range of mental health concerns.
Our clinicians bring expertise across disciplines, including psychotherapy, diagnostic assessment, trauma work, ADHD treatment, couples counselling, and beyond.
We support each other through ongoing clinical consultation and training, so the care we offer is not only current, but deeply considered.
We bridge the gap between mental health care, community, and healthcare systems—ensuring that no one has to struggle alone.
Psychotherapy & Counselling (in-person & online) for anxiety, mood issues, ADHD, grief, trauma (first responders), couples, youth, parent coaching, life transitions, family/generational dynamics, parent coaching, executive function coaching and more.
Psychiatric Assessment (Incl. ADHD) Services delivered by a clinically experienced mental health care nurse practitioner team, led by an NP (Bolton & virtual).
Accessible education and community partnerships, such as our free therapy service for The Exchange (Caledon, ON) referrals, since 2020.
Continuing Education: We also offer professional education and training through the Dig Deeper School to build more capacity in the mental health field.
Every experience matters
We affirm and respect your unique identity, encompassing everything from neurodivergence to cultural background.
We continually assess and consider how these intersecting aspects play a role in your care.
Making therapy accessible
We are always innovating to bring you comprehensive support even if traditional systems haven’t met your needs or are beyond your financial reach.
Investing in the future of mental health
We are also a teaching clinic and an educational hub, offering practicum opportunities for Masters-level graduate interns to complete their training while providing affordable mental health support.
Closing the mental-medical health divide
Our teaching clinic goes beyond mental health teaching emerging therapists how to support patients navigating Ontario’s health care system and coordinating with medical colleagues.
