Making mental health support accessible

7 Reasons to see a Graduate Counselling Intern

Counselling Interns are completing their Masters in Counselling Psychology training and are working towards their requirements to become Registered Psychotherapists with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).

Our graduate counsellors are supervised by Christina Crowe, Validated Clinical Supervisor (S-Cert, OAMHP). Your counsellor will work with you to help identify your goals and then implement strategies and tools that will help you make personal changes happen.

Financial difficulties or lack of insurance coverage can limit access to mental health services.

In order to make therapy more accessible, we offer this solution for affordable, reduced rate counselling services.
