Affordable Therapy with Supervised Graduate Interns

Accessible Therapy in Ontario

Our Graduate Counselling Interns are licensed therapists (Registered Psychotherapist Qualifying), completing their Masters degree program requirements for full licensing in Ontario.

Students are with us for about 8-10 months, and are fully supervised by our in-house Practicum Clinical Supervisor.

We offer both in-person sessions in our downtown Bolton, ON office, as well as virtual sessions to all Ontario residents. 

In addition to offering reduced fee services, we also proudly partner with our local community services organization, Caledon Community Services, offering free counselling services to eligible clients through CCS’s The Exchange.

Katie is interested in working with teenagers, young adults, and adults of all genders and orientations. Katie has five years of experience as an Executive Coach working with teens and adults with ADHD and executive functioning challenges. In-person in Bolton, or Virtual.

We offer in-house, qualified and experienced clinical supervision.

John Foulkes, RP is our Sr. Clinical Lead, overseeing both our Practicum training program, and also facilitates our internal DaLD consultation and clinical supervision program. 

Christina Crowe, RP is the Clinical Director and owner of Dig a Little Deeper. Christina occasionally takes on practicum students directly, and oversee’s the program.

7 Reasons to see a Graduate Counselling Intern

Our graduate counsellors are supervised by our internal clinical supervision team, including Renee Mayotte, RP, Practicum Clinical Supervisor and John Foulkes, Sr. Clinical Manager and Ontario Validated Clinical Supervisor (OVCS). 

Your counsellor will work with you to help identify your goals and then implement strategies and tools that will help you make personal changes happen.
