Every experience matters

We affirm and respect your unique identity, encompassing everything from neurodivergence to cultural background. We continually assess and consider how these intersecting aspects play a role in your care.

Making therapy accessible

We are always innovating to bring you comprehensive support even if traditional systems haven’t met your needs or are beyond your financial reach.

Investing in the future of mental health

We are also a teaching clinic and an educational hub, offering practicum opportunities for Masters-level graduate interns to complete their training while providing affordable mental health support.

Closing the mental-medical health divide

Our teaching clinic goes beyond mental health teaching emerging therapists how to support patients navigating Ontario’s health care system and coordinating with medical colleagues.

Our commitment to community

Dig a Little Deeper, Psychotherapy and Counselling is proud to support our local communities, from partnering with Caledon Community Services to participating in local charity events. Since 2020, we’ve been offering free counselling and psychotherapy to those in need in partnership with Caledon Community Services. Our commitment to this cause is self-funded, as we operate entirely on private funding.
