Services: Parenting, through all stages of development
Parent Counselling and Coaching
Parent Support Services
Parenting is one of the most demanding roles you will ever hold.
You do not have to navigate it alone.
Our team of Registered Psychotherapists, Occupational Therapists and specialized Parent Coaches offers evidence-informed parent counselling and coaching tailored to where you are right now.
3 Specialized Service Streams

What brings parents to us.
Parenting looks different for everyone. Some families are navigating the complexities of a neurodivergent household. Others are renegotiating relationships with adult children or working through the dynamics of co-parenting after separation.
Many parents simply reach a point where the strategies they have always relied on no longer fit the child in front of them.
Our parent support services are designed to meet that reality. Whether you are seeking professional counselling, structured coaching or a method rooted in relational awareness, we offer pathways that are grounded in clinical evidence and responsive to the full arc of parenting.
Our Services
Three streams.
One Supportive team.
01
Conscious Parenting Method Coaching
Certified CCPM Coaching
Developed by Dr. Shefali Tsabary, the Conscious Parenting Method shifts the focus from correcting children’s behaviour to understanding the parent’s own patterns, triggers and relational responses. This approach supports parents in cultivating a deeper connection with their children rooted in presence and emotional awareness rather than control.
This is a coaching service. It is goal-oriented, forward-focused and distinct from psychotherapy, though it complements therapeutic work effectively.
- Breaking cycles of reactive or conditional parenting
- Building emotional attunement and secure attachment
- Parenting through power struggles and defiance
- Self-inquiry and identifying personal triggers
- Supporting sensitive, intense or neurodivergent children
02
ADHD Parent Coaching
Specialized Clinical Support
Parenting a child with ADHD requires strategies that go well beyond standard behaviour management.
Our ADHD parent coaching is delivered by Registered Psychotherapists, Counsellors and Occupational Therapists with specialized ADHD-specific clinical training and direct experience supporting neurodivergent families.
We work with parents to understand the neurological underpinnings of ADHD presentation and to build practical, sustainable approaches that honour how their child actually functions.
- Understanding ADHD across development stages
- Executive function and regulation at home
- Navigating school systems and IEPs
- Managing parental burnout and compassion fatigue
- Co-parenting alignment around ADHD support strategies
- Intersections of ADHD with anxiety, PDA and trauma.

All Stages of Parenting
Parenting does not end when children grow up, and challenges do not follow a predictable timeline. Our general parent counselling and coaching stream supports parents across all stages of family life, from early childhood through to navigating relationships with adult children.
Services are matched to your needs, drawing on both psychotherapeutic counselling and structured coaching depending on what will serve you best.
- Parenting through transitions and major life changes,
- Co-parenting communication and conflict,
- Blended family dynamics and step-parenting,
- Relating to adult children and shifting family roles,
- Parental identity, grief and the empty nest,
- Supporting children through mental health challenges,
- Single parenting and decision fatigue.
A Closer Look
The Conscious Parenting Method: a different lens.
Most parenting support focuses on the child. The Conscious Parenting Method, developed by Dr. Shefali Tsabary, invites parents to look inward first.
The premise is straightforward: when we understand what drives our own reactions, we become more available to our children and far less reactive in moments of conflict or disconnection.
This work is not about perfecting your parenting technique. It is about developing the self-awareness that makes genuine connection possible, even on the hardest days.
It is particularly resonant for parents of emotionally intense, sensitive or neurodivergent children where conventional approaches have fallen short.
