Virtual Therapy Across Ontario

Jen is a Registered Psychotherapist Qualifying, and Masters-level Graduate Counselling Intern, currently completing her Practicum training at Dig a Little Deeper in Ontario.

Jen works with adults and couples who are seeking connection, healing and resilience. She has a particular interest in supporting people navigating anxiety, burnout, grief, ADHD, personal and professional relationship challenges, identity, major life transitions, and navigating the impact of childhood trauma and attachment wounds.

For more than twenty years, Jen has served people to navigate growth, change, and relationships. Her professional journey began in corporate leadership and organizational development before evolving into executive and team coaching, where partnered with leaders, teams, and organizations across healthcare, corporate, education, government, and non-profit sectors. Through these experiences, she discovered that beneath impact of leadership and professional performance were deeper human experiences of past trauma stress, grief, disconnection, relationship struggles, and a longing to feel more like ourselves and thrive. That realization ultimately led Jen to add psychotherapy to her professional services and hold space for deeper healing and transformation for her clients.

Today, Jen draws upon her background in leadership, coaching, and psychotherapy to support individuals and couples in creating meaningful and transformational change. Jen offers a welcoming, collaborative space where clients can better understand themselves, strengthen their connections, and move toward lives that feel more fulfilling.

Drawing from both her professional and personal experiences through leadership, complexity, grief, caregiving, and personal healing, she acknowledges the courage it takes to reach out for help. She believes therapy is most transformative when people feel deeply seen and heard. Jen’s purpose is to walk alongside clients as they reconnect with themselves, strengthen their relationships, and discover new possibilities to thrive on the journey of life.
