Equine-Assisted Therapy in Palgrave, ON

At our Palgrave location, Dig a Little Deeper offers Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) in partnership with Rusty Jade Ranch. This peaceful, nature-based setting allows clients to explore emotional growth, trauma recovery, and self-awareness through guided interactions with horses, no experience required.

Our sessions combine the clinical skill of Registered Psychotherapists with the intuitive presence of horses to support healing in a grounded, experiential way.
