Mitch’s therapeutic approach centres on guiding individuals toward clarity with a sense of calmness and a path toward what they want for their lives.

Along with a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology, Mitch also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art and a Diploma in Welding. His background and experience working in the trades allow him to understand and appreciate the unique challenges that come from a variety of workplaces, including as a welder, over a decade in the restaurant industry, and as an outreach worker for people experiencing homelessness.

Mitch often supports individuals navigating and pivoting forward with life transitions, emotional regulation, anxiety, rebuilding relationships, ADHD and with clients who are feeling confused, frustrated or lost with where they are in life to rediscover themselves.

Life can get overwhelming, and Mitch is here to support navigating it. Whether individuals or couples are feeling stuck, frustrated, or just curious about making positive changes, he’ll work with you to unblock the path and discover new possibilities.

Mitch’s therapy approach is Person-Centred and informed by Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).  Mitch works with individuals (ages 14+) and couples.
