Virtual Therapy Across Ontario

Katie is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), offering service to teenagers, young adults, and adults of all genders and orientations, offering help to identify and harness her client’s inner strengths.

In addition to her counselling background, Katie also offers five years of experience as an Executive Coach working with teens and adults with ADHD and executive functioning challenges. This experience has given her a deep sense of connection with fellow ADHDers who face challenges managing their symptoms daily, especially when those symptoms escalate or become overwhelming due to internal or external life stressors.

Katie has academic training and interest in treating ADHD and executive functioning challenges (students and adults), emotional dysregulation, depression, anxiety and relationship issues. Katie’s approach is person-centred and neurodivergent affirming, providing a non-judgmental, safe space built on compassion and understanding.

Katie believes in a deeply collaborative and integrative approach to help clients achieve their goals. Katie has foundational skills in: Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness.
