Bio

Julia is passionate about helping women ages 14+ process the unique challenges, transitions and mental health struggles that come with identifying as a woman across the lifespan. She empowers clients to tap into the power of vulnerability to clarify their purpose and pave a sustainable path toward their best life.

We all long to be seen and accepted by the world, yet acknowledging ourselves can be one of the biggest challenges. Julia helps others rewrite their stories with curiosity and compassion, making space for radical self-acceptance. She believes that helping clients build an emotionally corrective relationship with themselves is often part of the foundation for cultivating nourishing relationships with others

In her sessions, Julia provides a safe space for clients to slow down, discover their inner world and recognize their unique strengths. Some days, this can look like deep listening, encouraging clients to sit with their emotions and providing tools to work through emotional blocks, and other days, it can look like light-hearted conversations, laughter, and being your personal cheerleader. Her warm, trauma-informed approach embraces creativity, crafting tailored transformation journeys that help you see your fullest potential. Clients leave sessions with a personalized toolkit for accessing trust and more authentic relationships.

Julia is on a mission to instill hope in others through mindful self-reflection, constantly engaging in continuing education courses and expanding her practice and toolbox with innovative approaches and modalities in the mental health field. She is informed in various humanistic, somatic, experiential and cognitive behavioural therapies. She helps adults and youth ages 14+ with ADHD, anxiety, interpersonal attachment and relationship challenges, and trauma. Julia empowers clients to tap into the power of vulnerability to clarify their purpose and pave a sustainable path toward their best life. She is particularly passionate about helping women ages 14+ process the unique challenges, transitions and mental health struggles that come with identifying as a woman across the lifespan.

Sometimes, all you need is a perspective shift and someone to help you see your inner strengths. Whether you’re burnt out, stressed, or just flat-out exhausted, Julia’s guidance can help you unearth your core desires and create actionable goals to fulfill them.
