Shape the future of mental health care

Our culture and approach

Contribute, Create, and Evolve

Extraordinary things begin to happen when we dare to bring all of who we are to work.

We are an organization of modern psychotherapists, counsellors and psychiatric nurse practitioners, passionate about supporting the mental health needs of our community. We continuously strive to offer a wide range of services, accessible mental health education and seamless access to services. We also partner with our local community leaders and programs to support the diverse needs of our community with affordable treatment options.
At Dig a Little Deeper, the traditional practice owner-contract therapist relationship is replaced with collaborative professional relationship, exemplifying self-management, wholeness and evolutionary purpose. At DALD, there is no micromanaging, and you will have the freedom to develop your therapeutic self as you wish! With that freedom, comes the responsibility of being an engaged and shoulder-to-shoulder teammate. This means, if you have a great idea, it might need might need to be initiated and created by you!

You are regarded as someone who is really important in terms of how our company is doing, not just as someone who comes in and does their job. You will be required to contribute, take initiative and to adapt to the fact that not everything will always be in place, or running perfectly.
To work in this way regular, open and straightforward communication is essential. This is a strong part of our culture. Our team is special, and we have deep respect for each other and for this kind of higher conscious workplace.
